Our standard rate is $150.00 for the initial diagnostic session and $140.00 per counseling session. The initial session is 90 minutes/50 minutes each subsequent session. The amount of sessions needed is determined by you and your therapist during your initial visit.
LPC services currently accepts the following insurances:
- Blue Cross/Blue Shield
- Blue Choice for Behavioral Health
- United Behavioral Health (OPTUM Health)
- EAP
- Contact Our Office for Other Insurances
To help reduce your out-of-pocket expenses, please check your insurance policy to identify your eligible benefits for behavioral/mental health services prior to your initial appointment. Your co-payment or co-insurance is due at the time of your visit. Payments can be made by cash, debit, VISA, or MasterCard.
Cancellation Fee: In the event that you cannot make a scheduled appointment and must cancel, please do so within 24hours of your appointment time to prevent being charged a $100.00 cancelation fee.
